Operation “get back in running shape” is 7 days old. 2 miles last Tuesday in 16:20. 5k on Friday, Saturday, and today in 24:40, 23:48, and 23:30. Improving!

#i used to be fast #i also have done two marathons #now i get excited just bc i had the mental fortitude to put on running shoes
